Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with SUPERBODY SALON & MED SPA. We are committed to providing quality products and reliable shipping services to our customers.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will contact you if there are any significant delays with your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Local Pickup (if available): Ready within 24–48 hours

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues that are outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages

SUPERBODY SALON & MED SPA is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. However, please contact us and we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged package and product.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

At SUPERBODY SALON & MED SPA, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. Due to the nature of our services, we have the following return and refund policy.

Services Policy

All services are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to address your concerns and offer a correction if appropriate.

Deposits

Some services may require a deposit to book an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new appointment if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Product Returns

Retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is unopened

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • You provide a receipt

If approved, you may receive:

  • Store credit, or

  • Exchange for another product

We do not offer refunds on opened or used products.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Packages & Memberships

Packages, series, or memberships are non-refundable, but may be transferable at management’s discretion.

Late Arrivals / No Shows

Clients who arrive late may have their service time shortened or may need to reschedule.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
